U9-U17 Supplemental Skill Sessions

These sessions are intended to work on the technical skills that can be difficult to coach within a team setting. Training is open to players of all levels as the actual content can be adjusted based on the needs of each individual because the majority of training is independent of other players.  One session per week is perfect for families with busy schedules or for players outside of ASTRA looking to take advantage of high level technical training without committing full-time to ASTRA. All sessions will be held at the ASTRA Training Centre located at 630 56th Street East. We make use of our unique training facility to maximize touches and repetitions! 

Program Content:

• Evasive and deceptive dribbling

• Passing and receiving (U11 and older) 

• Ball striking 

• 1v1 attacking and defending situations

Under 9 (2017-2018 Born) -  6:00pm-7:00pm on Mondays (Oct 27, Nov 3,10,17,24, Dec 1,8,15) $160

Under 15 & Under 17 (2009-2012 Born) - 7:00pm-8:00pm on Mondays (Oct 27, Nov 3,10,17,24, Dec 1,8,15) $160
