ASTRA Online Resources
ASTRA Online is a database of videos that our staff has developed to keep soccer players active at home! Most videos don’t require much in the way of equipment, and with a little bit of creativity the possibilities are endless when it comes to adapting or modifying each activity. Some videos are categorized by age group, while others will simply give you guidelines on where to start, based on if you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player.
